Our CNC components are hand fitted after machine finishing, and welded by some of the most skilled frame fabricators with only the tightest, cleanest welds approved. Milled components and tubing are all subject to rigid Quality Control inspection including certification of material origin, much like an aerospace program. Each frame is individually inspected for flaws or weld problems prior to powder coating. Our frames are designed and built proudly in the USA.
Contes Engineering BMX and Cruiser frames are designed and fabricated with over 20 years of experience in the field as well as advanced engineering analysis. Our proprietary head tube and dropout designs are specifically selected for the maximum stresses a BMX or Freestyle bike sees, as well as the weight saving techniques necessary for serious competition.
